Smart Sales Executive Required For Medical Equipment Sales Jobs Opening in Shakti technology Enterprises at Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi
Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with strong communication skills who will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the company’s presence in critical care devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory directly and through sub-dealers which he/she may develop.
- Promote and sell medical devices (Bipaps, CPAPs, portable ventilators) to chest physicians, ENTs and neurologists, and to hospitals, and later on, medical devices to hospitals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)/doctors.
- Provide product demonstrations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience in medical devices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Over the past few years, we have successfully installed these in most private hospitals in Delhi NCR, and some Govt Hospitals. We would like to increase our presence in the Govt Sector also, and have become channel partners for such products. We also want to renew our focus on home healthcare products like Bipaps, CPAPs , portable ventilators, for which the Director of the Co has been a successful Channel partner/ distributor for the past 15 years.
