Role:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of all company, affiliate, and client WordPress sites and social media properties, including company blogs, client blogs, talk show video site, and social media properties.
• Grow the social media following and metrics to increase reach, impressions, and engagement globally.
• Engage the community by responding to questions, posting interesting questions, and other means to engage the audience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the content production publishing liaison to the editorial team, i.e., as articles are approved, insert featured image, ensure accuracy and completeness, publish on all relevant blogs and sites and syndicate partner sites.
• Share out the published articles on social media to drive engagement and traffic back to intended destination sites.
• Proactively throughout the day and night, retweet and reshare articles and other relevant trending topics.
• Promote upcoming conferences, events, published articles, blogs, and talk show videos on social media.
• Actively grow the follower base by inviting executives and influencers to all the social media properties. In priority, Twitter, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Group, Facebook, Medium and other relevant social media platforms.
• Drive social media traffic to company websites and client blogs.
• Constantly monitor and be active on all platforms; Must be glued to social media and WordPress.
• Requires hands-on active management throughout the day and certain evening hours.

Qualifications:

• Must be trustworthy, dependable and mature as you will be the representing the brands of the company.
• Must have discernment regarding what to share and what not to share.
• Must be familiar with WordPress, TweetDeck, Twitter, LinkedIn, FB, and Medium.
• Must be very active on social media.
• Minimum bachelor's degree or higher.
• Must have 5+ yrs experience.
• Not looking for recent college grads; need experienced professional.
