Job Description

Fresher Social Media Associate.

Payscale: 7K to 10K per month

Work Mode: In Office(Aundh Location)

Number of Position: 2 (1 Male, 1 Female)

Institute Experience would not be counted.

We’re looking for a Social Media Associate who can handle day-to-day content execution, coordination, and basic platform management. This is not just a backend role you should be willing to actively contribute to content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Coordinate with designers and content team for post creation
Write basic captions and assist in content ideation
Schedule and publish posts on time
Monitor comments, DMs, and basic engagement
Track post performance and share weekly insights
Stay updated with trends and suggest relevant content ideas

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
Good written communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi is a plus)
Ability to follow deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a bonus

Important Requirement:

Must be comfortable facing the camera and doing voiceovers for reels/videos when required
