- Develop and implement weekly content that engages respondents, motivating them to interact in order to meet client research objectives
- Act as voice of the community via daily management including reviewing discussions, replying and probing on new posts and escalating member feedback
- Translate client research objectives into engaging study designs that can be implemented in the community to deliver actionable results
- Prepare community health and engagement reports to track performance metrics and inform development of proactive engagement strategies to address increasing participation
- Answer our client’s research objectives in a way that helps to inform their business by interpreting, analyzing and synthesizing research data into meaningful stories.
- Prepare agendas and participate in weekly status calls with clients to provide updates on current activity in the community, highlight relevant member input, and review community calendar – will require development of conference reports after calls
- Strong interest and/or involvement in online communities and social media research
- You’re always up-to-date on the latest trends and news in the Social Media industry and follow all the right blogs and gurus
- Creative writing skills with an ability to develop and present fresh ideas within an online environment, and an eye for proofreading and grammar
- Writing,
designing and posting engaging, exciting and genuinely useful content across various leading
