Job Description
- Social Media & Content Marketing (B2B) at a Global Level: Manage, Strategize and implement social media & content marketing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, G+, Twitter, YouTube, Visual.ly, SlideShare, etc. at a Global level.
- Develop innovative marketing and engagement strategies for increased brand visibility, engagement and lead generation for growth in Business and ROI's.
- Create a solid content strategy and executable editorial calendars.
- Content creation: Write Blogs, social media content and support other channel leads with content.
- Manage Social Media: Execute content and social media strategy
- scheduling content and designs on social media, managing sponsored updates, community management, online reputation management, etc.
- Social Media Monitoring and reporting: Managing and responding to inbound leads & messages, weekly and monthly reports with key metrics.
- End-to-End strategizing & execution of marketing campaigns, including ideation and measurement and analysis of impact.
- For this role, we are looking for a candidate, with the right combination of competencies, eagerness to learn and potential to grow.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 years- experience in Social media and Content Marketing with sound B2B marketing acumen.
- Great content writing skills
- Experience in managing various social media platforms, such as - LinkedIn, Facebook, G+, Twitter, YouTube, Visual.ly, SlideShare.
- Strong social media analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Passion for social media and content marketing with strong customer focus & engagement mindset.
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to innovate and implement new ideas for Social media and the brand.
- Accuracy - attention to detail and good communication skills both written and verbal are critical
- Drives focused decisions within specific areas and a key contributor to decisions beyond specific scope of the role.
- Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and digital tools
- People management experience preferred
- Prior Ad management experience will be given preference
- Knowledge of social media monitoring and listening tools is a plus - Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in online marketing
- Ability to identify key needs or gaps and provide leadership to close those gaps.
- Self-starter, creative mind, problem solver approach
