We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can take ownership of our social media presence, create engaging content, and help strengthen our brand across digital platforms.
Role Overview :As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, publishing, and monitoring content across social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop content that aligns with Sthyra’s brand identity, increases engagement, and supports business goals.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, trend-aware, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of social media execution.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
Create, schedule, publish, and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook.
Develop engaging content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, and brand objectives.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
Write or coordinate captions, hooks, headlines, CTAs, and other social media copy.
Monitor social media trends, formats, hashtags, sounds, and competitor activity.
Track and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions when required.
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics.
Analyze metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, clicks, and leads.
Identify high-performing content and recommend improvements based on data.
Maintain consistency in Sthyra’s brand voice, visual identity, and communication.
Coordinate social media campaigns, launches, events, and promotional activities.
Support paid social media campaigns by coordinating creatives, copies, and campaign requirements with the marketing team.
Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and AI-powered content creation tools.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn, with working knowledge of other major platforms.
Good copywriting and communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
Ability to create engaging content ideas and social media campaigns.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines.
Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, scheduling tools, and AI content tools is preferred.
