Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Customer Engagement

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Respond to messages, comments, and DMs promptly to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Actively engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to build a strong online community.

Manage customer escalations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive brand experience.

2. Website Management & Product Updates

Manage day-to-day website content, including adding, updating, and optimizing product listings.

Ensure seamless user experience (UX) across desktop and mobile platforms.

3. Online Customer Experience
