KEY RESPONSIPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for brand awareness and promotion to gain their audience satisfaction and to engage them.

Publish content in social media.

Ability to research and think innovatively for B2B Business.Everyday interaction with social media customers through Online comments, Emails and Calls.

Handle Customer queries and act as escalation handler.

Respond to Email's, Outbound / Inbound calls.

Providing the solution before timeline.

OvercomeInsufficient website traffic, declining customers retention, poor online reputation, slow sales, weak brand awareness are all the challenges.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Graduate or 10+2+3, with good Communication

Fresher or Minimum 1+ year of experience(Fresher's with Excellent Communication are welcome) orminimum 1 year of CSR experience.

Monitor Social Media.

Ensure on-time resolution to Issues.

Handling Escalations.Hindi proficiency is added advantage.

Daily reports.
