What you will do as a Social Media Executive:

You will be a self-driven Social Media Specialist who will  attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users. Your goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

As the Social Media Executive, you will:

• Build and execute social media strategy by competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and identifying the target audience.

• Generate, edit and publish content regularly.

• Build a meaningful network and encourage community engagement.

• Set up and optimize company pages to have the maximum social presence.

• Moderate all user-generated content online.

• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

• Continuously improve by analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices.

• Take actions based on the information.

• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Requirements

You should have:

• Graduated with 1+  year of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and an eye for detail.

• Customer oriented positive attitude with good multi-tasking and organizational ability.

• Fluency in English.
