Job Description
Location : Borivali , Mumbai
- We are looking for an analytical and perceptive SEO & Social Media Marketing professional, fluent in English & a skilled communicator.
- Candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads through social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.).
- Will also be responsible for building and executing social media strategy through research, bench marking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Our business operates across product categories like Beauty and Cosmetics, Electronics, Jewelry, Games, Tech and Gadgets, Travel, Apparel etc.
- Oversees all company’s social media accounts management
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Team Management Experience, Advertising, Copy writing, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
