Job Description

Social Media Executive

Does research to ensure the formulation of appropriate designs for different Clients keeping Social Media and Digital Marketing/Branding in your mind
Take the ownership of entire operations of the office which includes punctuality of staff, schedule of daily tasks, design preparations, proof-reading of all designs, content inputs to suit the specific designs etc
Preparing and completing designs at least one month in advance as per the Contract terms and schedule of the existing Clients
Accurately and truthfully ensure the benefits and value addition of our services to the Clients and subsequently ensure the best Customer relationship
Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; Respond promptly to customer needs; Meet commitments
Maintain confidentiality; Listens to others without interrupting; Keep emotions under control
Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
Listens and gets clarification
Respond well to questions
Edit work for spelling and grammar; Present numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information

Ensure that each designer completes a minimum of 8 to 10 designs daily
Proofread all the designs prior to the approval
Closely work with the CEO to get his instructions and execute them promptly
Keep a track of the posting schedule
Keep a track of page growth(10% growth per month)
Ensure Art Work Sharing and prepare appropriate reports
Keep track of ORM and boosting
Be a part of the Weekly Meeting and share the expectations
Make sure that the set processes are maintained
Contribute daily to the Longform editorial project (3-4 articles a Day)
Contribute to the Social Media Growth of Long Form Editorial Project
Help with Community Management and Curation of the clients handed over to you
Handle ORM and Basic Client Servicing of the clients handed over to you
End of Month Reporting for Clients handed over to you
Annual, Quarterly & Monthly Plan of Action creation
