Job Description
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Alliance Polysacks, a leading manufacturer of PP woven bags for cement, fertilizers, food products, and other industries, is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to expand our digital footprint. If you have a flair for content creation, a passion for branding, and the ability to make brands shine online, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative social media strategies to enhance brand presence.

Design, write, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories highlighting products, company updates, and festive occasions.

Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Create festive and seasonal campaigns to connect with audiences and increase visibility.

Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand communication.

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for improvement.

Stay updated with the latest digital trends and recommend new ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

Proficiency in handling social media tools, scheduling, and analytics.

Creative mindset with strong visual and writing skills.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is an added advantage.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
