About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Executive to lead our online presence and drive engagement across various social media platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, build a loyal community, and drive website traffic and sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience
- Build and maintain a strong online presence across multiple social media platforms
- Grow our social media following and engagement metrics (e.g., likes, comments, shares)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, marketing) to achieve social media goals
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns and improve ROI
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging marketing content
- Generate performance reports and offer insights and suggestions for continuous
Improvement
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of past campaigns
- Certification in social media marketing (e.g., Hootsuite, Facebook Blueprint)
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
