Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Planning:

Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, infographics) across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to develop high-quality visuals showcasing product features, demos, customer testimonials, and how-to guides.

Write compelling captions, product descriptions, and hashtags tailored to the target audience.
2. Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, lead generation, and product sales.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support broader campaigns like festival offers, exchange programs, or new product releases.

Work with influencers or micro-creators for collaborative posts, unboxing videos, and reviews of appliances.

Track and ensure timely execution of giveaways, contests, and engagement posts.
3. Community Management:

Monitor all social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Engage with the audience by liking, sharing, and replying to user-generated content or reviews.

Escalate product complaints or service-related issues to the customer service team and follow up on resolution.

Build and maintain an active online community around the brand.
4. Analytics and Reporting:

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) for posts and campaigns using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform insights.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, learnings, and recommendations for improvement.

Analyze audience behavior, top-performing content, and competitor performance to refine strategy.
5. Trend Monitoring and Brand Alignment:

Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, especially in the home appliance or consumer electronics space.

Research competitor strategies and identify areas for differentiation.

Ensure brand consistency in all posts, stories, and responses, adhering to tone of voice and visual identity.

Identify innovative content formats (e.g., Reels, Shorts, live Q&A, product tutorials) to increase engagement.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:

Coordinate with product, sales, and design teams to understand features, target audiences, and campaign goals.

Support e-commerce marketing by driving traffic to company websites, marketplaces, or dealer pages.

Help align social media strategy with offline promotions, dealer events, and showroom campaigns.
