Job Description
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Help maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms.
- Understanding of social media metrics
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of social media accounts
- Collect and organize content for upcoming campaigns.
- Work closely with other team members, such as content creators, creative and marketing teams, to ensure cohesive and effective content strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Scheduling

Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, carousels, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Write creative captions, taglines, and call-to-actions that align with the brand voice.

Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite to plan and publish posts.
2. Community Engagement

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Engage with followers by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant content.

Help build a positive and active online community.
3. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, and clicks.

Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on data.

Use tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics for tracking.
4. Trend Research & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, platform updates, and viral content formats.

Conduct competitive analysis to understand what similar brands are doing online.

Share insights with the team to improve content strategy.
5. Campaign Support

Support social media campaigns by assisting in content planning, posting schedules, and performance tracking.

Help coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and influencers as required.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns, events, or promotions.
6. Brand Consistency

Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone, style, and visual identity.

Follow brand guidelines related to fonts, colors, logos, and messaging.
