This internship is hands-on, practical, and guided. You don’t need to come with prior experience—we will teach you how to plan, write, and post content, manage audience engagement, and grow digital presence across platforms like Telegram and YouTube.
You will also be involved in writing content, handling multiple Telegram channels, uploading Shorts on YouTube, and assisting with other online tasks, making this internship ideal for someone interested in social media, digital communication, or online business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Telegram Channel Management

Handle daily content posting across 10 Telegram channels.

Format and publish posts (text, links, images, videos) as per the provided schedule.

Follow consistency in branding, tone, and style across all channels.

Engage with audience queries or coordinate replies when needed.

Monitor channel performance and report key metrics (views, reach, engagement).
2. YouTube Shorts Posting

Upload YouTube Shorts using optimized titles, tags, and thumbnails (guidance provided).

Schedule or post content at peak times for maximum reach.

Understand basic content formatting, description writing, and hashtag use.

Track views and engagement performance of each short.
3. Online Content Writing

Assist in writing short-form content for posts, descriptions, or captions.

Help brainstorm ideas for social media content based on trends, topics, or internal requirements.

Rework and format long content into digestible, engaging pieces for digital platforms.
4. Online Tasks and General Support

Perform simple administrative tasks like link sharing, file uploads, and organizing content folders.

Assist with research for content topics or competitor activity (we will guide you on how to do it).

Update spreadsheets or logs related to posting schedules and performance.
