Position: Intern - Social Media
Department: Marketing
Duration: 3 months

What you will do:
● Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform campaignstrategies.
● Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools and providerecommendations for optimization.
● Assist in influencer marketing campaigns by identifying creators, coordinatingcollaborations, and tracking campaign performance.
● Should be creative, confident, and eager to learn, with a passion for marketing and digitaltrends.
● Initiate and curate marketing strategies and campaigns (online & offline).
● Should be comfortable facing the camera for reels, promotional videos, vox pops, andother social media contents if required.

Ideal candidate should be:
● Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or arelated field.
● Familiar with social media platforms and content creation.
● Keen to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
● Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for:
● Need to have excellent communication skills to convey ideas.
● Should be able to create engaging content, publish posts, and analyze the performance ofsocialmedia campaigns.
● Should have basic knowledge of creating content and copywriting including writing socialmedia posts.
● Confident and charismatic on-camera presence with acting or presentation skills
● Should have strong time managementskills to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, andensure that campaigns are executed on time.
● Should have excellent attention to detail to ensure that campaigns are error-free and that allelements are optimized for maximum performance.
● Should be able to come up with new and creative ideas to engage customers and promote thebrand.
● Open to travel for social media shoots and campaigns.
