Job Description
Designation: Social Media Management Intern
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to consumer queries and complaints on social media creatively
2. Work on real-time tracking and commenting positively on the most influential/negative forums and comments
3. Monitor & review comments, complaints, suggestions, and feedback on all social media channels and across the web actively
4. Maintain the response time to the specified turnaround time
5. Maintain and circulate daily, weekly, monthly ORM reports to internal departments for their information and further action
6. Manage the entire ORM process single-handedly
7. Delete comments, clear spam, and maintain the page
8. Use the ORM tool (will be taught)
9. Call users for consumer research
