Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content daily across social media platforms.Evaluating current trends, conversions & audience preferences for better campaign executions
• Designing and implementing social media strategies to align with our business goals
• Collaborating with teams of Designers, Researchers, and Product Managers throughout the process
• Conceptualizing marketing campaigns - audio and visual through building storyboards and mood boards
• Establishing innovative methods of maximizing Brand awareness & User acquisitions for Brand campaigns.
• Exhibiting the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Working across verticals: production, designing, business to make sure the content meets user and business goals.

Requirements:

Technical:

• Relevant Experience as a Social Media Manager (if not then the zeal to do so)
• Should be well versed with the content algorithms of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
• Ability to deliver creative original content is a key criterion (text, image and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, Hashtags, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Oversee work UI/UX Designer and Web Designers
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
• Skills in complex problem solving, judgment, critical thinking and decision making
