Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who can effectively manage our online presence, brand awareness, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating landing pages and sales pages using WordPress, have excellent knowledge of social media trends and campaigns, possess advanced English skills for influencer management and research, and be comfortable using Canva for report making.
Key Responsibilities
A. Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy to build brand awareness and increase engagement.

Research current social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.

Create a monthly content calendar aligned with business objectives.
B. Content Creation & Management

Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing posts across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Use Canva and other tools to design basic graphics, reports, and presentations.

Write creative captions, blog snippets, and ad copies for various campaigns.
C. WordPress Landing & Sales Page Development

Design and manage landing pages and sales pages using WordPress.

Optimize pages for better user experience, lead generation, and conversions.

Collaborate with the design and content team to improve page layouts and messaging.
D. Influencer Management & Collaboration

Identify, connect, and negotiate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.

Maintain strong relationships with digital creators and manage partnerships.

Track influencer campaigns and measure return on investment (ROI).
E. Research & Analytics

Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.

Use social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports using Canva and present insights to management.
F. Advertising & Campaign Management

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Monitor ad performance, conversions, and ROI.

Suggest strategies for continuous improvement and better engagement.
Required Skills & Competencies
A. Technical Skills

Expertise in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Hands-on experience with WordPress for creating landing and sales pages.

Basic knowledge of Canva for designing creatives and reports.

Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc..
