About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager with 1–3 years of experience to help us build, grow, and manage our digital presence. The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media trends, knows how to craft engaging content, and is comfortable managing multiple platforms. If you're a digital native with a knack for storytelling and community engagement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
Work closely with design and content teams to create visually compelling and impactful posts
Track key metrics and performance insights using analytics tools
Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community-building initiatives
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Assist in campaign planning and execution for product launches, events, or brand moments
Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and overall platform performance.

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, etc.)
Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy
Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus)
Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
A strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Passion for social media, content creation, and online trends
