Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
- Work closely with design and content teams to create visually compelling and impactful posts
- Track key metrics and performance insights using analytics tools
- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community-building initiatives
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Assist in campaign planning and execution for product launches, events, or brand moments
- Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and overall platform performance.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, etc.)
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy
- Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus)
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- A strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Passion for social media, content creation, and online trends
