Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our real estate brand through digital content and outreach. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, content creation, and analytical insight. The ideal candidate will understand both the visual and psychological aspects of real estate marketing, and will be proactive in connecting with audiences across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:-
Create and manage engaging content (videos, carousels, AI-generated videos, etc.) for various social media platforms.

Conduct cold outreach campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Plan and execute on-brand social media strategies tailored to real estate.

Shoot and edit short-form video content and photography for listings and promotional content.

Apply basic marketing principles such as color psychology and calligraphy to content design.

Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages to build relationships and drive engagement.

Stay updated with current trends in digital marketing and the real estate industry.

Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
