Position Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies in order to increase online presence and improve organic engagement across platforms. The candidate must be highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:

• Create, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.

• Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

• Community Engagement:

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Foster and grow an active, engaged online community.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Use social media analytics tools to track performance and provide actionable insights.

• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and ROI.

• Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional, product launches, and brand partnership initiatives.

• Monitor and report on the success of campaigns.

• Stay Updated:

• Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Attend educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies.

• Team Coordination :

To work hand in hand with different departments to ensure timelines 

To keep up to date with client feedback and maintain turn around times

Requirements:

• Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year minimum work experience as a Social Media Manager.

• Experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong team handling skills.

• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

• Ability to deliver creative content.

• Personal Attributes:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
