Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing. Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy. Monitor, respond and engage with the community daily and provide customer service wherever necessary. Interact with designers, copywriters, and content writers to develop the best content for clients. Conduct timely competitor analysis for all brands to ensure they are updated with trends. Initiate and set up meetings with clients regularly to keep them updated. Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar. Meet deadlines and report to senior managers and clients as and when required. Accept new challenges and learn quickly in a competitive environment. Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social media marketing.
