Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and digitally-savvy Social Media Manager plus Content Creator to lead and grow our brand’s presence across digital platforms. This is a dual-role opportunity where you'll be responsible not only for managing all aspects of social media strategy but also for creating engaging, original content — including copy, graphics, photos, and short-form videos — that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and artistic, understands social media trends deeply, and can create content that speaks to different audience segments while driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions.

Set clear goals and KPIs for growth, reach, engagement, traffic, and lead generation.

Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms like Threads or Lemon8.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, customer service, etc.) to ensure content aligns with broader brand and campaign objectives.
2. Content Creation (Copy + Visuals + Video)

Create original, high-quality content including social media posts, Reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos (using mobile or DSLR).

Write compelling captions, taglines, and post copy optimized for engagement and conversions.

Design static creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

Plan and execute content shoots (behind-the-scenes, product, lifestyle, events).

Stay on top of visual trends, meme culture, reels/music trends, and apply them to the brand voice.
3. Community Management

Actively engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and foster meaningful conversations across platforms.

Monitor brand mentions, customer feedback, and sentiment across social channels.

Handle community escalations tactfully and ensure timely issue resolution or redirection to the right team.
4. Analytics and Reporting

Monitor and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

Analyze which types of content perform best and optimize strategy accordingly.

Provide monthly reports with insights, growth trends, and recommendations.

Run A/B tests to improve content performance and engagement rates.
5. Influencer & Collaboration Support

Identify and collaborate with relevant micro/macro influencers or content creators.

Support influencer campaigns by providing content direction and reposting UGC.

Coordinate cross-promotions, giveaways, and collaborations.
6. Paid Campaign Coordination (Optional/Preferred)

Work with the paid ads team (if applicable) to develop creative for sponsored posts or campaigns.
-
Track ad performance and ensure organic + paid content is aligned.

Recommend budget allocations based on content performance and goals.
