Social Media Marketer
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketer to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with a deep understanding of real estate marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote listings, brand awareness, and client engagement.

2) Create high-quality content, including images, videos, and written posts, tailored for each platform.

3) Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and drive lead generation.

4) Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.

5) Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.

6) Perform cold outreach on the platforms to bring potential leads.

Requirements:
1) Proven knowledge in social media marketing, preferably in real estate.

2) Proficiency in content creation, SEO, and analytics tools.

3) Strong communication and storytelling skills.

4) Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
