Job Description
- Serve as a client point of contact as a Social Media expert
- Set SMM Objective (Likes, Reach, Engagement, Leads and Sales)
- Plan Content Strategy
- Plan Media Mix
- Measurement and Analysis
- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day- to- day activities including:
- Curate relevant content with the team members
- Manage all published content (images, video and written).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a Social way.
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Skills desired:
- Strong understanding of Banking products and services
- Excellent communication, English writing and presentation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of online marketing field
- Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel & Power Point
- Should be able to work under pressure whilst adhering to time lines
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research
