Job Description
Role - Executive - Social Media Marketing
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the customer database on regular basis.
- Create social media campaigns- content ideation, creation, and posting as per schedule
- Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
- Create and send WhatsApp Messages and Images. Research and monitor activity of company competitors and potential collaborations
- Generate content from the studio of various loose flowers, arrangements, BTS, videos and other relevant activities that can be used for our Digital marketing
- Design season-wise floral catalogs with appropriate product information & pricing for sharing with different enquirers.
- Develop moodboard for various themed concepts for the purpose of sales pitching
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on all active platforms with the sole objective to generate leads.
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
Qualification Graduate
Skills - Good at photography, design, and editing software, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, emails, post copy writing, posting
