Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development

Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.

Identify target audiences and design content plans specific to each platform’s tone, audience behavior, and engagement style.

Monitor competitors and industry trends to adapt and evolve strategy accordingly.
2. Content Creation & Management

Develop high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content (images, videos, reels, carousels, infographics, polls, etc.).

Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to produce creative assets.

Maintain a content calendar ensuring consistent and timely posting.
3. Community Engagement
-
Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.

Monitor and manage online reviews and customer feedback.

Build and nurture an active, loyal online community by initiating discussions, running contests, polls, and other interactive campaigns.
4. Advertising & Promotions
-
Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, or Google Ads (YouTube).

Optimize ad campaigns based on performance, targeting, and budget allocation.

Track ROI, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates to refine ad strategies.
5. Analytics & Reporting

Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to track and report performance metrics.

Generate weekly/monthly reports outlining engagement, growth, traffic, and campaign success.

Interpret data to suggest actionable improvements and content optimizations.
6. Influencer & Collaboration Management

Identify relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, or pages for collaboration and outreach.

Coordinate campaigns with partners for giveaways, shoutouts, or co-branded content.

Track and analyze the success of influencer partnerships.
7. Trend Awareness & Experimentation

Stay updated on the latest platform changes, algorithms, features, and viral trends.
