Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and report insights for continuous improvement.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Support in planning and executing paid social media campaigns as needed.

Assist in managing the social media content calendar and campaign timelines.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visuals and content.

Basic knowledge of analytics and ability to generate simple reports.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
