Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Executive at Beginner level to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, be comfortable designing using Canva, possess basic video editing skills, and have a flair for content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
- Design visually engaging graphics, stories, and reels using Canva or other design tools.
- Create short-form video content and perform basic editing using tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content that align with our brand voice
- Suggest and implement new ideas to boost engagement and follower growth
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize performance
- Engage with our community by responding to DMs, comments, and mentions
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva and video editing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Understanding of Instagram reels, stories, and content trends
- (Bonus) Prior experience managing brand pages or personal content pages
