Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across various social platforms. This role involves strategy planning, content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:-
Plan and execute effective social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and content that align with the brand voice

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, etc.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates

Analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc., and prepare reports

Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build community

Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaign alignment
Required Skills and Competencies:
Technical and Platform Knowledge

Strong understanding of key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, etc.).

Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic graphic/video editing tools.

Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads (preferred).
Content and Communication

Excellent written communication, grammar, and storytelling skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for design, layout, and detail.
