Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth through creative campaigns
Analyze performance using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
Collaborate with design and content teams to align visuals with messaging
Stay updated with trends, memes, and algorithm changes
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and tone of voice.

Set clear KPIs for growth, reach, engagement, and conversions.

Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay updated and innovative.
2. Content Creation & Management
-
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Write compelling captions, post copy, and short-form content to drive interaction.

Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors to produce visually appealing posts and reels.
3. Daily Platform Management

Manage daily posting, replying to comments, DMs, and community engagement.

Maintain consistent brand voice across all social channels.

Monitor and respond to conversations or brand mentions promptly.
4. Campaign Execution

Plan and run campaigns for product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal content.

Collaborate with internal departments or external partners/influencers to amplify campaigns.

Set up and manage paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and others as needed.
5. Analytics & Reporting

Track the performance of each platform using native analytics tools and platforms like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Use data to refine strategies and optimize content for better engagement and reach.
6. Influencer & Collaboration Management

Identify and connect with influencers or brand ambassadors for collaborations.

Coordinate content delivery, payment terms (if applicable), and performance tracking.

Ensure collaboration aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
7. Brand Monitoring & Reputation Management

Track brand mentions, hashtags, customer feedback, and sentiment.

Escalate negative feedback or potential PR issues to the relevant departments.

Promote positive user-generated content and testimonials.
8. Innovation & Trend Spotting

Experiment with new features (e.g., Reels, Threads, Stories, Lives, Polls) to increase organic growth.

Stay informed about algorithm updates and social media innovations.

Propose and test new formats or tactics (memes, challenges, interactive posts, etc.).
