Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Publishing

Assist in creating engaging, platform-specific content (images, captions, short videos, memes, reels, stories).

Schedule and publish posts regularly on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Coordinate with the design or video team to create visuals and multimedia assets when needed.
2. Community Management

Monitor all social media channels for messages, comments, and queries.

Respond to basic customer questions or direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
3. Campaign Support

Support the team in executing online marketing campaigns, contests, promotions, or announcements.

Help with increasing followers, reach, and engagement on all platforms.

Collaborate with influencers or content partners (if applicable).
4. Market & Competitor Research

Keep an eye on industry trends and popular content formats on different platforms.

Research what competitors are posting and identify opportunities to stand out.

Report findings and suggest ideas for improving engagement.
5. Analytics & Reporting

Track key performance metrics like followers, likes, shares, views, and engagement rate.

Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports with guidance.

Use basic tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, YouTube Studio, or Google Sheets.
6. Telegram & Community Groups

Help manage and grow Telegram channels or groups (adding members, sharing updates, engaging with users).

Assist in broadcasting important messages, offers, or events to subscribers.
Skills & Qualifications
Education
-
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or any relevant field.

Candidates with computer knowledge and social media familiarity are also welcome, even without formal education in marketing.
Experience

No prior full-time experience required.

Experience in handling personal, college, or project-based social media accounts is a plus.
Technical Skills

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, typing, file management).

Familiarity with at least 2–3 platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram).

Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, tagging, and social media posting.

Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or basic photo/video editing tools is a bonus.
