Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing content plans consistent with the company's brand identity
2. Creating meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing posts, graphics/images/videos, and well-researched hashtags, to grow followers, improve engagement and promote campaigns
3. Posting and managing a high volume of daily posts
4. Communicating with followers and responding to queries in a timely manner
5. Developing and managing influencer programs and attending influencer events
6. Using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to assess the performance
7. Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
8. Staying up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
9. Performing other duties when needed

4. Should have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
5. Should have experience using various analytics software
6. Should have multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
7. Should have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
