About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:-
1. Work on the day to day reporting and manage a budget for social media activities
2. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube & adapt content to suit different channels
3. Collaborate with content writing team to create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
4. Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls
5. Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
6. Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
7. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
8. Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
9. Recommend improvements to increase performance
