About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the client's social media accounts and posts content
2. Respond to comments and be pro-active on any updates happening over social channels
3. Brainstorm campaign ideas
4. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, Linkedin, Google My Business profiles, etc.
5. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of profiles and campaigns
6. Understand the overall concept of the brand, including the content plan, customer, service goals, and all other aspects of service
7. Engage with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
8. Provide suggestions to the team for improving profiles on social platforms and internal processes
9. Learn and become proficient in social media optimization systems
10. Assist in creating performance reports for social media
