Job Role: Social Media Marketing
Good communication skills.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
Planning and preparing presentations.
Preferably from BPO / IT domain with some AI & ML knowledge.
Communicating and e-mailing introductory letters to prospective clients.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media like LinkedIn, etc. ) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Doing cold calling to touch base potential clients.
Building relations with target clients through follow up calls or e-mails to establish rapport and set up meetings with new leads for further execution.
Attending conferences, meetings & industry events, as- and –when required.
Preparing presentations / display for client meeting.
Sharing quotations & proposals under supervision of stakeholders.
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, e-mail & in-person.
Database building & maintain tracker/records of all leads/project progress/delivery & evaluate it on regular basis for updates.
