About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing breaking news at FootTheBall (FTB)
2. Developing new content formats for social media offering a unique approach to Football news content
3. Working on the day-to-day management of social media
4. Publishing content to our channels including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and more
5. Editing recaps of video highlights from games we film to be posted on social
6. Reviewing content before it's posted from proofreading and spell-checking to QCing videos
7. Working collaboratively with a cross-functional team across FTB to align the content we post with the strategy in place
8. Strategizing with the head of social media and social media team
9. Curating content to be posted

Other requirements
1. You are expected to be a football fanatic
2. You are expected to work weekends
3. Most important: you understand and can communicate in FootTheBall's voice & tonality
4. Bonus for experience with Photoshop and video editing software like Premiere and After Effects
