Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive monthly social media content calendar aligned with the marketing strategy.

Manage daily operations of social media accounts: posting, scheduling, replying to comments and DMs, and moderating community interactions.

Ensure brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all social channels.
2. Content Creation and Coordination:
-
Create engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions for posts, stories, and reels.
-
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and influencers to generate visually compelling content.

Plan and execute social-first campaigns such as product launches, brand collaborations, and contests.
3. Paid Advertising & Promotions:
-
Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (boosted posts, lead generation, conversions) on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (if required).

Monitor budget, performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS), and report results.
-
A/B test creatives, ad copies, and audiences to maximize campaign performance.
4. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze engagement metrics like reach, impressions, likes, shares, comments, and follower growth.

Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and third-party tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Create weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
5. Brand Building and Audience Engagement:

Build meaningful relationships with followers, influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.

Respond to queries, feedback, and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate tone.

Stay on top of trends (reels, memes, challenges, trending hashtags) and incorporate them creatively.
6. Collaboration & Campaigns:

Coordinate with the marketing, sales, product, and design teams to align content with campaign objectives.

Help plan and execute influencer marketing, giveaways, product reviews, and user-generated content initiatives.

Support email campaigns, website updates, and SEO with social integration.
