Designation: Social Media Marketing
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
2. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
3. Define social voice and generate creative ideas to differentiate our presence in social
4. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content (tweets, posts, articles, videos, etc.) that align with our brand and mission
5. Engage with our community across various social media platforms and forums to drive engagement, promote brand awareness, and provide exceptional customer support
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, news, and best practices to inform social media strategies and community engagement initiatives
7. Monitor social media platforms and forums for any potential issues or negative feedback and respond promptly and professionally
8. Work with our marketing team to collaborate on campaigns and initiatives that align with our brand and mission
9. Collaborate with other teams within the company, including product development and customer support, to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand representation
10. Analyze and report on social media metrics and KPIs to inform future strategies and initiatives
