Job Description
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and analytical Social Media Marketing professional to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, increase audience engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
· Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
· Plan and schedule content calendars; create, curate, and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, carousels, etc.).
· Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, conversions, etc.
· Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
· Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other marketing team members.
· Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly to maintain positive customer engagement.
· Monitor trends, competitors, and audience preferences; suggest creative growth tactics.
· Work with influencers and brand collaborators for outreach campaigns.
· Maintain brand tone, consistency, and quality across all social content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
· Strong understanding of various social platforms and best practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
· Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is a plus.
· Ability to analyze KPIs and use insights to optimize performance.
· Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
· Experience with paid ad campaigns and basic SEO.
· Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and audience targeting.
· Familiarity with video editing for short-form content like Reels or YouTube Shorts.
· Prior experience in e-commerce, lifestyle, health, FMCG, or similar industries.
