Job Description
Designation: Social Media Marketing
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating content for various digital distribution platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook
2. Working with separate content creators for content (we work with a team of freelancers for content creation)
3. Analyzing engagement on each of the platforms
4. Posting content with the right title, description, and hashtags
5. Working on content re-purposing
6. Editing and repurposing existing content for different platforms
7. Tracking which content works for which platform
8. Working on content management - all the KRAs of this role kicks in post-content creation (he/she is responsible for all things content post-creation)
9. Working on content storage: Store all content in an organized manner
10. Working on content editing: learn and use tools to be able to do basic editing of content
11. Working on content re-purposing: build and manage a schedule to be able to use content across multiple platforms
12. Working on content distribution: post content, manage responses, and track performance
