About the internship
You will be responsible for our YouTube channel and to get it off the ground. Right from strategy, design, creation, implementation, execution, and then analysis.
Plan: We need to populate our YouTube channel with testimonials over the next 60 Days. Our goal is to have 200 Testimonials over the next 60 days.
Selected intern's KRA's include:
1. Reach out to leads within the community and tell them of our objective
2. Once they agree, get them to record a short 60-75 second testimony
3. Edit the video & post the same on YouTube
4. Also plan for 2 long-form content videos each week
Other responsibilities:
1. Analyse engagement on fine-tuning accordingly
2. Work on content management - all the KRAs of this role kick in post-content creation (he/she is responsible for all things content post-creation)
3. Work on content storage: Store all content in an organized manner
4. Work on content editing: learn and use tools to be able to do basic editing of content
