Responsibilities include:

1. Ideate, create, and post content to different social media platforms
2. Brainstorm campaign ideas
3. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
4. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
5. Engage with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
6. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
7. Assist in creating performance reports
