Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote Offlimitscoffee products and increase brand awareness.
2. Create engaging content for Facebook and Instagram platforms to drive customer engagement and increase followers.
3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
4. Assist in the creation and execution of Facebook Ads to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for digital marketing efforts across various platforms.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to enhance our overall marketing strategy.
