Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to elevate brand awareness and engagement
2. Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to share company updates, industry insights, and relevant content
3. Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with the audience, providing timely responses and fostering community interaction
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media platforms
5. Conduct audits of existing social media profiles and content, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
6. Work closely with employees to refine and enhance their LinkedIn profiles, highlighting their expertise and aligning them with the company's values
7. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
8. Work on staying informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually refine strategies and maximize results

Other requirements

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
8. Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus but not required
