Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and implementing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
2. Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for optimization
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions
4. Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media channels using relevant management tools
5. Research industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing
6. Provide regular reports and insights on key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates
7. Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Other requirements
1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2. Strong passion for social media and digital marketing with a solid understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and creative content
4. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus
6. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and take direction from supervisors
8. Flexible schedule with the ability to commit to 40 hours per week for 3-4 months
9. It involves exclusively working from the office
