1. Content Creation:
i. Generate compelling content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
ii. Develop multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance engagement.
2. Community Engagement:
i. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels.
ii. Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by initiating discussions, polls, and Q&A sessions.
3. Campaign Management:
i. Support the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and participation in mental health initiatives.
ii. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader organizational goals.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
i. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
ii. Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media activities and recommend areas for improvement.
