Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Content Creation:
1. Develop compelling and shareable content across diverse social media platforms
2. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content
B. Scheduling and Posting:
1. Assist in crafting and managing a comprehensive social media content calendar
2. Utilize social media management tools to schedule and publish posts across various platforms
C. Community Engagement:
1. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions
2. Actively engage with the online community by responding promptly and professionally to comments and messages
D. Analytics and Reporting:
1. Track and analyze key social media metrics to gauge performance
2. Generate regular reports on social media performance and recommend improvements based on data insights
E. Social Media Trends and Research:
1. Stay updated on industry trends and shifts in social media algorithms
2. Conduct research to propose innovative and effective social media strategies
F. Influencer Collaboration:
1. Initiate contact with brands and agencies for potential collaborations
2. Identify and evaluate opportunities for collaboration with influencers to enhance the brand's online presence
